Off Peak
During the school term
- Monday to Thursday: $3000.00TTD per night (Or USD Equivalent)
- Friday to Sunday: $3500TTD per night (Or USD Equivalent)
Peak
All Public holidays, carnival weekend to Ash Wednesday and all school vacation periods.
- Monday to Thursday $4000TTD per night (Or USD Equivalent)
- Friday to Sunday, public holidays, carnival weekend to Ash Wednesday and school vacation periods: $4500TTD Per Night (Or USD Equivalent)
Extra Persons
Extra persons are allowed but owners must be told in advance
- $200 TTD per adult (Or USD Equivalent)
- $100 TTD for children under 12 years per night or day visit (Or USD Equivalent)
Number of Persons : 12
Minimum 2 nights stay on weekends.
Minimum 3 nights stay on Long weekends.
An additional security deposit starting at $1000TTD, depending on what the place is being rented for, MUST be paid in CASH to the caretaker at check-in. For more than 12 persons, the security deposit will be increased.
This is to cover the cost of replacing any item broken or missing and handing over the place clean. If nothing is missing or broken and the place is handed over clean the deposit paid to caretaker is refunded.
NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED.
Check in is at 12PM and Check out is at 1pm.
Special Events
There are separate rates if you are having birthday limes, parties, events and weddings according to the number of people and amount of days booking.
Cancellations
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied against late cancellations. Cancellations one (1) month or less during LOW SEASON, and 6 weeks or less during PEAK SEASON
Smoking
No smoking allowed in the house.
Pets
For pets, send a photo for consideration starting at $300 TTD per night depending on type of pet, hair, temperament and must be house trained. The security deposit will be increased according to the type of pet. $500TTD will be deducted from the security deposit if rules regarding pets are not adhered to.
Swimming
There is a pool and private beach access. Pool/Beach towels are NOT provided. ONLY bath towels are provided.
Wi-Fi
Internet and Cable TV is available.
